Where to find About Monument Icon in Elden Ring
- Automatically added to inventory after concept introduction. The concept introduction can be triggered in Elden Ring version 1.0, when you see the first Monument Icon after you receive the Spirit Calling Bell. It can no longer be triggered in version 1.6. If you really want to to obtain this item, you can purchase a physical version of the game and thus play version 1.0 of the game.

- You must be near a rebirth monument to summon spirits from ashes.
- When you are close to a rebirth monument and able to summon, a monument icon will appear on the left side of the screen.

- You can hold up to 1 About Monument Icon.
- You cannot store About Monument Icon.
- You cannot sell About Monument Icon.

Where do you get the Info Item for this? Already finished the game 100% and double checked my inventory, and this is the only item I am missing.

I don't think this obtainable at least in version 1.06 (may it was in an earlier version). The only time that makes sense for this to be triggered is:
1. When you get the "Spirit Calling Bell";
2. When the "Monument Icon" shows up for the first time;
3. When you approach a monument on the ground for the first time after you get the bell.
I made several new characters to test this out, just can't get it triggered in any way. Also tried to get the "Spirit Calling Bell" from Twin Maiden Husks instead of Ranni. But it seems Twin Maiden Husks don't sell it at least in version 1.06. Even after I attacked Ranni at Church of Elleh until she disappears, Ranni drops the bell and Twin Maiden Husks don't sell it.
