Ash of War: Raging Beast provides Keen affinity and the Raging Beast Skill. Ashes of War can be equipped on Weapons and Shields to modify the Skill or an equipment, or to apply affinities that modify scaling values.
This Ash of War grants an armament the Keen affinity and the following skill:
"Raging Beast: Step with the swiftness of a beast, leap high, and slash foe from above. Initial step can be taken forward, backward, left, or right. Strong attack allows for a follow-up attack."
Usable on beast claws.

I wish beast claw ashes of war could be used on regular claws

After the blanket pvp nerf to iframes on dlc Ashes, this isn't an Ash of War any more but a Casualty of War

Anyone having an issue where the follow up attack has changed? I used to do a flip in the air with a strong attack downward. Now I am spinning on the ground like I have a big sword in my hand

This is more balanced than blind spot because you can dodge the follow-up attack

Claw talisman should buff the claws jump attack, or at least buff the jump attack this ash of war does. It's literally a jump attack ash of war.

following jul 14, the aow works as intended when you one-hand the beast claw, you only get the bugged followup when you two-hand it.
also, and interestingly, once i depleted my fp bar with the one-handed aow, refilled it, then used the two-handed aow, i was stuck with the weak, no fp version of the follow up attack even though i had enough fp for it. pretty cool

seems to be bugged, got this on my sacred beast claw +24 and the follow-up heavy does not cost any fp, and also works without any fp in the first place. could just be me though

You know that annoying cross slash the final DLC boss has that always roll catches you? This can consistently dodge it. Just dash in and to the left and you'll low profile the second slash. You still probably shouldn't since he resists slash damage, but it's still neat.

Very fun ashes, you can pretty much use it similarly to Blindspot, or even move backwards as a feint before the forward lunge. Downside is the animation takes longer and tracking isn't that good

While not directly stated, the L1/LMB/light attack follow up to this move snaps to people really consistently. Not bad for roll catches, hit or miss.

I don't know if it's just me but I can rarely make this skill connect in PVP not a clue why either. Range of the hit must be really deceptive.

This ash is glitched atm Patch 1.12: Sometimes the follow up will not happen and your character will freeze in place instead. I thought maybe it was a stamina issue but it's a random occurance

Experiencing a periodic bug where whenever I try to use the heavy follow-up, my character instant transitions into the idle phase and remains locked in place until something hits me. Won't stop happening until I rest at a grace. Super frustrating.

The AoW heavy follow up uses the first spin of a heavy weapons spinning slash. You can tell because after the follow up is over, your character shoulders the weapon. lol

I-frames, Good damage, cheap as hell, good roll-catch, this Art is mental

at the first site of grace, in where tree are going down. There is an ncp that will attack you, kill him and both the weapon and art.
