Material perfectly matches the cloak on the Blue Silver Mail, but has atrocious clipping with it at the neck piece. Dang shame. :(

This item does not suppress sound. Only the chest piece and only when unaltered.

can anyone confirm whether the hood has any stealth related effects at all like the rest of the set? It isn't mentioned in item desc like it is in the rest of the set
