Blackflame Monk Hood protects the player's head by applying various defensive properties, it also changes the appearance as well when it is equipped. Some armor pieces may be available to both genders but may be slightly different for male and female characters.

Where to find Blackflame Monk Hood in Elden Ring
The Blackflame Monk Hood Helm drops from Blackflame Monks when defeated. They can be found at:
- The Divine Tower of Caelid in Dragonbarrow. A monk can be found patrolling a corridor in the lower levels of the tower and one more can be found guarding the door to the Godskin Apostle boss' chamber. The latter one is an easy camp. From the Divine Tower of Caelid: Basement grace, run the short distance down the stairway and the monk will be right there.
- The Volcano Manor, on the stairway outside the Godskin Noble boss chamber. West from the Temple of Eiglay site of grace.

Tested on blackfire monk, full chain did 3000 without and 3096 with, meaning its roughly a 3% increase.
216 runs at the Temple of Eiglay site of grace these are my results. At 109 discovery: 8 Black flame monk armors, 6 Black flame monk gauntlets, 9 Black flame monk greaves and 1 Black flame monk hood. Extras include 47 smoldering butterfly and 20 fire blossom. Could just be my luck but the hood seems very rare in comparison.
