      Just looked through my items before starting a NG. For me this was the rarest item in the game, only 15 in my inventory after 700 hours despite nevery crafting anything wit it.

        Hallowhorn Grounds, by the fat lady singing are loads of dear on the steps. AE, rinse repeat. Sacred Repic Sword is best for farming this area.
