I haven't had any luck with the other scarab heads, but I think this one plus the Royal Knight Armor is just about a perfect combination fashion-wise. The blue frills match the body, the yellow elements match the wings, and it even has an organic, almost insect-like shape to it. Combine with other silvery or golden sets like Cleanrot or even Twinned, and as long as you like having a beetle for a head it seriously looks fantastic.

(A shame the Royal Knight set is only available so late in the game, though)

The negative stats don't matter much if you don't just stand there and let stuff wail on you. It's still a nice looking hat you bunch of asslords

So how negatively does wearing this thing impact you? Im looking at it and i get that it makes you take more damage in exchange for the little flask buff. However, is the reason you take extra damage bcause of the negative stats, or does the head piece make you receive extra damage, while also literally taking away all your damage negation stats you otherwise would have as a net positive.
TLDR, does this thing make you take extra damage, on top of how piss poor the stats are on it?

Honestly just seems like a cheese item for anyone using health ceruleans. 10% more healing with 10% more dmg means most people will swap this thing on after the fight but before you heal back up. I guess it could be dope to have 10% more mana if you don’t plan on getting hit, though.
