Where to find Clarifying Horn Charm in Elden Ring

Base talisman: Found on a corpse lying on the stairs leading to the lift going up to the Deep Siofra Well. [Elden Ring Interactive Map Link]

+1 variant: Found on a corpse in the middle and at the lowest floor of a ruin in Nokron, Eternal City. This is above an earlier area in Siofra River. To get there, head southeast from Ancestral Woods Site of Grace, and follow the brick path until it ends at a cliff. Turn left and follow the cliff edge as far as you can, then carefully drop onto the ruins roof. Follow this raised pathway northeast until you reach a square open platform. Descend carefully, and the talisman is found on a corpse in the center. [Map link] [Video location]

the +1 variant, by the way, extends your madness meter exactly as long as the effect of the cerulean hidden tear in a physick flask will last. Which is also paired best with unendurable frenzy with a flame shrouding tear and Flame grant me strength to top it off.

Use if you're cosplaying as Vyke, the Fingerprint set has awful Focus. The low Focus will result in you giving yourself Madness easily when using Frenzied Flame magic, but with this talisman it should no longer be much of an issue.

You might think it's useless against sleep until gamer Josh and the 2 slumpateers come along brandishing 3 +10 swords of st trina and place you into a coma

Handy dandy for those ghosthitting madness builds and sleep arrows. Boy oh boy do things feel clearer when I'm all horny.

A far easier way to get this charm is to start at the Ancestral Woods grace. Head towards the bridge but take a left when you see a slope going down under the bridge. Jump on the platform with the coloms. Hope this helps.

Also helpful against mandess in pvp, especially if paired with Clarifying Boluses that you can craft with cave moss, dew kissed herba (easily found in eternal cities areas) and Eye of Yelough (found near areas with madness, can be farmed in large amount in the Yelough village ruins in snow area that you get to by using a secret medallion, not the regular one) .
Cookbook can be found in frenzied flame village.

Very useful for a frenzied flame themed build. If anyone is interested in a good FF build: Bloodhounds armor set, gargoyle twinblades with bloodhound step, all the frenzied flame incants of course - the madness buildup while using this talisman makes it very easy to maintain pretty constant spell usage without maddening yourself, though it’s not a lot. I think I get maybe 1-2 more uses with flame of frenzy before going mad.

To find the +1 variant, you'll have to follow the bridge past the Mimic Tear Grace to the very end, and platform down onto the columns into the ruins below. Good luck!

If you plan on using frenzied flame spells, this is a good choice. Stave off your inevitable madness for just a bit longer.

Increased my Focus by +90 (from 247 to 337). The difference allows me to cast 5 charged "The Flame of Frenzy" without gaining the Madness debuff, compared to 4 charged ones without the Talisman. This means it reduces the effect of Madness stacks on me by 20%, effectively allowing me to withstand about 25% more Madness stacks.
