Starter outfit for a Blue Dancer Charm build that wants their upper and lower body covered at minimal weight. Later upgrade to maybe Errant Sorcerer Robe (Altered) or Deathbed Dress, maybe Festive Garb (Altered). Cloth Trousers are also a good starter option for shirtless Blue Dancer.
