Chest Armor Wgt. 3.2

Deathbed Dress is a Chest Armor in Elden Ring. Deathbed Dress is a lightweight chest piece that slowly replenishes the HP of nearby allies, but not that of the wearer. Deathbed Dress is an armor piece worn over or around the player's torso to obtain an increase of defense and resistance.

Extremely thin and sheer white dress worn by the Deathbed Companion as she embraces the dead.

Slowly replenishes the HP of nearby allies, but not that of the wearer.

The touch of the fabric is exceedingly soft, so as not to harm even the most withered corpse, while still sharing her warmth.

"It also introduced a fix for a bug which caused charge attack with Flail to damage ally characters when wearing this piece."

Aww... Sounds more like a feature than a bug. I mean, when you wear this you give up armor (and style) to heal friends, so letting us smash their face in when they dare comment or even complain (or just for shits'n'giggles) seems only fair.

Appearances aside, I wish there was a full 4 piece armor set that stacked the ally regeneration passive. It's a cool passive, but only 2 hp a second is barely anything compared to other support options like incantations. I think having a non-existent level of armor physical negations for ones self would be a fair price for extra healing for allies.

Summoning the mimic tear while wearing this will in fact give you the health regeneration buff when you are near enough to them.

my friends **** on me for wearing this to help them. aight bro guess i wont be your little femboy anymore

            • Anonymous

Gotta wear this at the age of stars ending and when putting the ring on Ranni's hand to look pretty for Ranni!

              • Anonymous

can you equip this then summon your mimic tear and change back to normal gear to have your mimic heal you?

                • Anonymous

I love wearing this while having enough vigor to not die in 2 hits (I die in 4 or 5 hits.) But whenever I co-op with it on there's a higher chance of being summoned into a gank squad which I don't particularly appreciate. Anyone know why gankers summon "waifu" characters?

The bug that makes you damage yourself with flails was removed; GIVE US BACK THE OPTION TO COSPLAY AS A MEDIEVAL FLAGELLANT FROMSOFTWARE.

It actually shrinks the size of torso and shoulders when used on a muscular female character. Afaik it's the only armor piece that does that.

When I use the Golden Epitaph’s Last Rites while wearing the Deathbed Dress, it does damage to self over time. Does anyone else have this effect?

                        • Anonymous

iirc the dress has about the same aoe as a heal or great heal (i don't remember which) but i'd really like a way to confirm the distance

Does someone have a spare Version of this, they could drop me? Sadlly only realised this existed after ive allready killed Malikith.

Wear this with astrologer gloves, battlemage legwraps, and an altered commoner's headband, and then behold the drip! Also use fancy spin with this dress, its very flowy

Something interesting but minor to note, If you're sneaking with this dress on enemies WILL hear you when you get close. I'm assuming the healing effect from the dress creates noise.

this dress is currently bugged, if used with flail charge atack or seppuko it damages you (and alies) instead

Irl cosplays when? Hoping for a FromSoftware line of clothing lol. Fantasy rpg lingerie is an untapped market honestly. Looking forward to slaying demons beasts and even gods in the luxurious comfort of this sheer silk chemise

Does also heal your summoned ash. So if you have a multi-fight and time. Just equip this and wait for Tiche to be back in full beauty ;-)

Worth noting: Revenants aren't harmed by the healing effect. Since it grants healing aura, I thought it would damage Revenants too, but it's not the case.

"Extremely thin and sheer white dress worn by the Deathbed Companion as she embraces the dead. The touch of the fabric is exceedingly soft, so as not to harm even the most withered corpse, while still sharing her warmth. "
Actually interesting! Despite "laying with" being a common euphemism for sex, this may confirm Fia doesn't actually do it with corpses. Laying with seems to be literal here. Although, in the opening cinematic, the only clothing we can see her wearing is something around her hips, so maybe not? But in game, you transfer her your lifeforce via close contact.
Here's my theory: Deathbed Companions gain the lifeforce they need to resurrect people via close contact. Then they literally lay with whatever corpse they're supposed, thereby transferring that stored lifeforce into the body, reviving them.

so this stacks with the Blessed Dew Talisman and the Royal Remains Armor. 2 HP per second it looks like. great for when you use it with mimic.

This dress based on testing seems to affect your stealth. From my testing this dress will alert enemy of you. Scenario, sneaking to common enemy's back with zero footstep sound and spell unseen will still get spotted for some reason.

put this with stuff like azur/the other guy's sleeves and noble pants for a nifty look. add in ranni's hat for an alternative white witch look.

Dress is bugged if you use Seppuku while wearing it. Your character constantly reacts like their being hit.

                                                  • Anonymous

If you put this dress on and use seppuku you will take damage over time until you die. FYI This dress also causes ranni to glitch when near her, and at the very end causing her NOT to drop the moonlight greatsword fml.

Probably be my favorite Souls Series Dress!
Antiquated Set was great, but has nothing on this!

                                                      It's so sheer and soft!
I love the the long scarves and the bracelets that come with it and it's even Backless!!!
Dieng 40 times against a a single boss isn't that bad, when you can be wearing this gorgeus, fabolous dress!

This dropped for me yesterday in Strat, it looks pretty cool too. It's white and looks longer than your average cloak or cape.

                                                        • Anonymous

There is a big caveat to the dress, if any companion hits a threshold, I think it’s critical health. The dress will start KILLING them over time. Be careful as it will take them to death.

                                                          • Does the healing go by ally health% or is it fixed at 2 per second?

I know it stacks with other regens but on it's own that's not great.
2HP per second is rather measly regen, though you get more value using this on lower level allies/spirit ashes.

THIS INCLUDES NPCs. Now I'm figuring out Absolution and whether or not I should double down and just murder every NPC since I need Absolution anyway.

                                                                  • Anonymous

                                                                      • Anonymous

                                                                        • Anonymous
