I love what they did with this skill, its absolutely unmatched in its niche of fighting dragons but is still very strong otherwise. A powerful ranged skill with good tracking is very useful for more than just dragon's heads -- I could hit the Godskin Duo from behind a broken pillar or easily hit Maliketh while he's dancing around on the columns, for example. Also seems to do pretty good poise damage, especially if you hit with the energy wave and the slash. Also the uncharged slash is fast and still quite strong!

I like to play with ps gkat and have this as my hardswapped aow for range. Fun stuff for duels and 2v2/3v3. Not my favorite to invade with but here we are.

Could anyone test this on Placidusax and see if this is good? Sorry, I can't test this myself because I don't really have time.

Pls from, remove the sheathe. I do not want to use this or Great Katana when i have to clip through the ground. Nagakiba too, but as it has unsheathe AOW find, but the great katanas don't have to suffer too.

feels like quality transient moonlight (moonveil) with hyperarmor
Counters swift slash if you still don't like fighting it. You can poise tank the slash then this will auto target them before they can roll it

Does Godfrey icon increase charged damage? Or does charging it just fire off the projectile?

Has anyone tested this with talismans? I assume since it's chargeable the Axe Talisman would boost the damage by 10%. But what about the Claw Talisman? You leap into the air when it's fully charged, but does that count as a jumping attack?

Does this weapon's special skill count as a Dragon's Cult one?

Would’ve been cool if the buff stayed on the weapon for a little. Like Flaming strike, lightning slash etc
