These DON'T, for whatever BS reason from FromSoft, reset frostbite...
Fire bolts do, but it's easier to land a hit with the explosive ones... Goodbye cold reset in pvp.

yeaahhhaaaah boi time to go back to spamming these bad bois. Except this time need to equipped bloodhound step to properly space and deal with spam. Also how nice of them to raise the cap from 30 all the way to 99! Lol.
