Fell Omen Cloak is a Chest Armor in Elden Ring. Fell Omen Cloak is an armor piece worn over or around the player's torso to obtain an increase of defense and resistance. It also changes the appearance as well when it is equipped. Some armor pieces may be available to both genders but may be slightly different for male and female characters.
"A cloak of ragged fur worn about the exposed body of Margit, the Fell Omen.
Having slaughtered countless champions during the Shattering, the Fell Omen has become a horror to those who harbor ambitions for the Erdtree, or for Lordship."

Even after defeating The Fell Omen King Morgott, his cloak is still not buyable for some reason, game bugged?

Looks cool but I dont know if its just me but wearing this while playing as a female will give her body hair (chest/stomach). easier to see if you darken the skin and lighten the hair. This cloak really puts hair on your chest!

All I’m missing is a replacement for Margit’s beating stick.

Pair with traveling perfumer hat you look like you could be a npc

that awkward moment when you realise margit/morgot ran up on you practically naked and started giving you life advice about what to do with your ambitions

Wear this with the Battlemage Manchettes and Battlemage Legwraps for a nice Rugged Sorcerer look :)

this is an amazing-looking cloak.... it's a shame it's a body armor. if we could have this with some of the existing armors like it over the bloodhound or ronin chest pieces it would be peak fashion. now it's just kinda cool for a ragged wanderer look

Im not sure if this is just me but BE WARNED upon wearing this cloak the game crashes.

This page is incorrect. You must Morgott, NOT Margit, to obtain this from Enia for sale. Morgott is much deeper in the game.

You need to defeat Morgott, the Omen King first.
Afterwards it is possible to purchase the Cloak from Enia(the old Lady besides the two big Fingers at roundtable hold).
Hope I could help!

Kill Godrick to unlock a room in the round table hold. A merchant named Enia is there sells items from bosses using their remembrance. You need to kill Morgott the Omen King to unlock this cloak for purchase.

Im revising what I said earlier but you have to kill Morgott (I don’t think it’s margit as he’s not one of the demigods who gives you a remembrance, which is necessary to craft these items). The cloak or whatever item you want from a boss is to be unlocked for purchase after killing said boss. You must also defeat Godrick the Grafted to open up the two-fingers door in the round table hold. In there is a merchant named Enia, who sells items from the demigods once defeated. The fell omen cloak is for sale there, I’m still not sure whether it unlocks after killing the fell omen (suggested by the name) or after killing the omen king (as he’s a demigod).

Based on the name, it becomes buyable after killing Margot, so quite late´ish

For anyone wondering the Fell Omen Cloak can be purchased from Enia at the Round Table Hold, she is found at the broken bridge area and will let you buy certain items from bosses after killing them, similarly to the handmaiden from ds3.
