Oddly enough, this goes quite well with the White Reed Set, as there are purple robes of a similar hue on it. Works well as some sort of Hachimaki for a lightly-armored samurai.

If you dont know they drop two different versions. The Blue Festive helm cannot be altered. Only the regular Festive drop.

I’ve killed about a nations worth of the dancing ladies and got nothing but Bone shards. I do have a regular festive hood but can’t figure out how to alter it

this is the only purple armor piece. kinda weird that there are no gravity magic related purple armors.

The regular hood has an array of flowers, and this has a stunning array of flowers, but it's the exact same flowers.
