This talisman kinda sucks. The +2 version gets beat out in fire resistance+absorption by Starscourge Heirloom in the mid to late game. What's the point of the point of the damn thing if its defense boost gets beaten out by the extra defense gained from just getting 5 free levels? Buff pls

This talisman will protect you against fire damage dealt by:
        - Basic fire sources, of course
        - Blackflame incantations, techniques, and weaponry
        - Frenzied flame incantations and weaponry
        - Blood incantations and techniques, and the Lord of Blood's bloodflames
        - Blood-based weaponry
        - St. Trina's Torch, Devourer's Scepter, Blasphemous Blade, and Troll's Hammer, to name a few

Fire comes in many forms. Know them and keep yourself safe.

The +2 Version, the easiest version to get, is behind a really easy boss in Dragonbarrow Cave in Caelid.

You will have fought the weaker versions of this Boss already.

+2 Flamedrake makes Fire damage tickle.

Lava damage is NOT affected by fire damage absorption, so don't bother using these for that. Weirdly, it IS affected by fire DEFENSE, so if you really need to reduce its damage, you should use one of the Radagon Seals. Of course, lava does so little damage that the Blessed Dew Talisman would likely reverse more than either of the Seals would negate.

            • You can get around 50-62 fire resistance along with the Incantation to protect yourself from fire damage ...but seeing as large fire attacks cause poise damage that's whats more frightening to have to deal with

"Damage Negation have diminushing returns if you stack multiples items."
This game does not have any diminishing returns, stop spreading misinformation

The Azula beastmen get put to sleep with 3-5 bone sleep arrows. Not sure if there's a difference between fletched and non-fletched arrows but I used fletched.
