Frenzyflame Stone is a Consumable Item in Elden Ring. Most Consumables grant various effects such as restorative properties for recovering HP, removing certain negative status effects or applying temporary buffs and debuffs, while others can be thrown at enemies to deal damage.
Ruin Fragment blessed with an incantation of the Three Fingers.
Craftable item.
Uses FP to generate warmth, continuously restoring the HP of those who host the frenzied flame.
Confers madness upon those who have not adopted the flame.
Take care not to mistake this for its gentler cousin.
Where to find Frenzyflame Stone in Elden Ring
- Found on a body at the edge of the rocks in the North East part of the Liurnia of the Lakes region, close to the Ruined Labyrinth Site of Grace. [Elden Ring Interactive Map Link]
Frenzyflame Stone Use in Elden Ring
Frenzyflame Stone uses FP to continuously heal chaos followers.
- Heals any frenzied flame alignment creatures, including enemies, in the radius of the stone by 35 health per second.
- Frenzied Flame creatures include player characters who have become the Lord of Frenzied Flame and any non-human enemies able to use Frenzied Flame Incantations.
- Heals Nomad Ashes, but not Mimic Tear Ashes.
- Using Miquella's Needle removes this alignment from player characters.
- Any humans in the radius not afflicted by the flame of frenzy, including sane players and all human NPCs, gain a slight buildup of
Madness while in the stone's radius.
- Healing effects stack with Warming Stones for a total of 60 health per second.
- Lasts for 30 seconds.
Elden Ring Frenzyflame Stone Crafting Guide
To craft Frenzyflame Stone you would need the Frenzied’s Cookbook [2] as well as the following Crafting Materials:
- Yellow Ember x1
- Sanctuary Stone x1
Elden Ring Frenzyflame Stone Notes & Tips
- You can hold up to 10 Frenzyflame Stones.
- You can store up to 600 Frenzyflame Stones.
- Sell Value:
100 Runes
- Can be used by blue phantoms to kill AFK hosts.
Heals 70 health per FP spent, in one second bursts of 35 over the duration of 30 seconds for a total of 1050 health for only 15 FP. It's a Warming Stone that heals an extra 300 health, costs 5 less FP to use, and has a situational bonus that induces Madness against enemies that aren't Frenzy Aligned instead of healing them. This consumable is single handedly the reason why I make all my characters Frenzy Aligned.

Does using Miquella's needle make these build madness on the user?

Question: Does the arcane stat affect the madness buildup of the frenzyflame stone item? Yes or no? (If I understand correctly, it should not affect the damage that madness would inflict.)
Pocket Warmth that costs much less FP to use and inflicts a minor amount of Madness buildup against non-frenzy targets in exchange for lasting half as long. I arely see anyone using these for whatever reason, Warmth was a decently useful Pyromancy.

If you equip some of these and summon your mimic tear, the mimic tear can drop them during combat. Infinite frenzy flame stones for healing during boss fights. Only issue is that you can't control when or where they drop it.
My mimic tear dropped one once while I was fighting an NPC invader and it actually caused the NPC to take a madness hit. Good stuff.

Can you drop these as an invader to heal Frenzied enemies? Would be amazing for role-playing as well as being a nuisance.

“Can be used by blue phantoms to kill AFK hosts.” Whoever wrote this has clearly been wronged by an AFK host before

Going to use this on **** hosts during bosses just to make them panic. Shouldn’t have been using gestures sarcastically.

These are acceptable in duels, as they are easily punished by any projectile and majorly work of fear, as the madness build up is low.
You cannot proc madness with these in a duel reasonably unless you also use other madness sources, greatly limiting utility if you are using it as a madness source and area of denial, as it doesn't work for either then.

Tested madness buildup on this for use with the black dumpling. Having somewhere between 344-346 focus (345 I imagine?) is enough to prevent it from fully building up in one full go, You can use the 30 seconds of buildup to set up other buffs, then finish with howl of shabriri to activate the dumpling buff, maybe using FP that otherwise would be spent going mad; besides which this technique on it's own is more fp efficient than howling repeatedly until you're mad.

This little rock on its own is just as strong as any frenzy incantation. It's simultaneously a healing item, an offensive spell, and an area denial tool. Drop one in a small room to make it even smaller, block off a hallway, drop it down a ladder. Can't get that last bit of frenzy to proc madness on the host? Oh look he accidentally rolled into the the AoE of the stone you dropped earlier, now he's dead, and you're still healing. It's an incredibly strong tool that's totally worth putting on your quick item bar.

Are these acceptable in duels? They heal yes but they also proc madness

Oh, good, looks like blues have a tool against some subhuman afk farmers!

You don't have to complete the game with the frenzied flame ending for this to heal you, just need to have the flame of frenzy on your character from encountering the three fingers

Hyetta dropped three of these when I first encountered her at the cliff-facing grace, but sadly none of her outfit

This works on friendly people, I've used it to kill AFK hosts as a blue

drop these on an afk player's platform as a blue summon, watch them panic all over the place. profit

Provides no healing to normal Tarnished. The madness buildup is not severe, but it does make for an effective area of denial for frenzyflame followers while they continue to heal themselves.

Sounds like it would be useful in pvp for frenzy flame builds since you could stand in it and heal while your opponents get madness buildup

Can confirm as soon as you use Miquella's Needle this no longer heals you, you keep the burnmarks but your eyes no longer glow.

seems dosent work on mimic tear
when you imbued by frenzied flame - mimic not.

Interestingly, this is almost strictly superior to a warming stone if you're healing chaos followers or can manage madness. Both last 30 seconds, but:
Warming stone costs 20 FP vs this one's 15 FP
Frenzyflame heals for 1085 vs. Warming Stone's 750.
Downside being that you can only hold 5 frenzyflame stones vs 10 warming stones, and crafting more takes yellow embers, which are less ubiquitous than the trivial materials of warming stones.

What even is a chaos follower? Does it heal enemies too like the warming stone does?

So if you get marked by the fingers you dont get madness from this?
What if you use the needle or go on to NG+?
Healed me for 1085 (From 353 to 1438 (1750 total) might be % based not sure.)

What is a chaos follower? Is it like a purple phantom player from ds3?
- Anonymous
i got one of these by killing the blind lady at the first lake grace
Any more way to harm players you wouldn't normally be able to attack (like a phantom and a host)
