How to get Ghost-Glovewort Picker's Bell Bearing [3] in Elden Ring
Elphael, Brace of the Haligtree: Found on a grave in the western section of the graveyard in the northeast of the city. [Elden Ring Map Link]
From the Haligtree Roots Site of Grace, go back up the northeastern elevator into the church and head out through the door in front of you. From there, turn left and make your way down, fighting your way through the many Lesser Kindred of Rot in the area. The Bell Bearing will be at the end of the area, surrounded by graves on the cliffside.
Alternatively you can enter the same church from the Drainage Canal Site of Grace. Exit to the east and turn left, walking on the tree branch. Drop down to the right onto the brace, then to the left onto another branch, and then drop down to the balcony below. From there drop down into the church and exit northeast to the graveyard where the Bell Bearing is.

Best route there is via the "Drainage Channel" grace, walk back towards the light, go down the tree and jump to the pillar until you can get to the building (the one you probably went through to get to Malenia) - then simply walk jump down to the graveyard. Once landed make sure you use target to see those annoying mobs. It makes sense to either go slowly and grab everything in one go, or make multiple suicide runs if you are not tanky enough

Wrong item, this one unlocks GRAVE Glovewort [7/8/9], not GHOST Glovewort.
There are also +7/8/9 gloveworts in the graveyard where you find it - recommend doing a suicide run because of the amount of enemies and the damage they do
