Lennes rise in dragonbarrow has about 10 scarted among crystals right by the site of grace

Sages Cave also has a farming spot but make sure you DONT attack the hidden wall to let the skeletons out. You’ll also have to use memory of grace to get back each time if you want to farm them.

The Lenne's Rise grace has 5 immediately surrounding it and 4 more on the downhill path immediately aside it. No enemies to worry about, assuming you've cleared the Night's Cavalry there.

West of "Folly on the Lake" site of Grace has indeed a big crystal cluster with many of them for looting (like mentioned above in the list). About 20 on average in like 5 minutes. Just really keep away from enemies by using Torrent.

You can travel directly west from the Scenic Isle Site of Grace to the Large Crystal Formation to farm the fireflies. The SoG is North past the Laskyar Ruins next to an octopus monster. You can see a spirit candle at its peak to the west.

Six Fireflies can be found in a large crystal formation just west of the Scenic Isle sign of grace. It's surrounded by Crystal snails so there is a potential for fireflies to be dropped that way as well on the farm.
