Tempest-Facing Balcony (Crumbling Farum Azula) is the closest grace to the bell-bearing. Head Southwest from the grace, straight through the middle of the building, the lift will be outside, take it down, follow the path and you will see the gazebo at the lake beyond the arched buttress.

Gave it to the Twin maidens and the items aren't in the shop anyone else experience this?
I feel like every comment on the smithing or Glovewort bells talks about how it’s actually for the other type of that resource, but the site is actually right and these commenters just say stuff without checking
