Godrick Knight Armor is a Chest Armor in Elden Ring. Godrick Knight Armor is part of the Godrick Knight Set, and is a Medium Weight chest piece that strikes a good balance between Physical and Magical defense. Godrick Knight Armor is an armor piece worn over or around the player's torso to obtain an increase of defense and resistance. It also changes the appearance as well when it is equipped. Some armor pieces may be available to both genders but may be slightly different for male and female characters.
Armor worn by knights loyal to Godrick The Grafted.
Its left breast is emblazoned with a two-headed war axe, an emblem of the golden lineage. The knights surely boasted of their strength in days long gone.

- Fort Haight: Chance to drop from the Godrick Knight atop the fort walls.
- Gatefront Ruins: Chance to drop from the Godrick Knight patrolling the main road.

6 helms, 3 gauntlets, 3 greaves, 9 Knight's Greatsword, 10 Partisan, 5 Gilded Greatshields - finally 1 armor.
Maybe I didn't pray to RNGesus or maybe this is a bit less than a 3% drop rate.

Does anyone have a bug with chest armor? When I equip it, the character's body just disappears
Went from level 11 hero to lvl 32 only killing this guy and maybe a few of the guards to get the map.

Still no chest
Yeah I've been farming him the past 3 days with 1hr at a time spent on him and he's only dropped 1 shield and 1 leggings for me and I have 120 discovery.... this game is bugged.. I'll go on a guy with 8p discovery and get it first try with a greatsword, helm, greeves, and gauntlet at the heights fort

This took me a while so i figured I would write down my results.
144 kills
7 shields
7 partisans
3 helmets
5 boots
5 gloves
1 chest armor
Its not a huge sample size, but it gives you an idea of the drop rates. Looks like about a 1/5 chance to drop anything.

Well, 20 kills later, no armor yet. So far I've gotten 2x shields and 2x partisans, so a 20% drop rate for potentially any set piece isn't terrible, but I wonder if the pieces are weighted equally or not. I know it's not many data points yet, I'll update again if I record another batch.

In regards to a reference by another poster ("... on the cliff edge above the road between the Warmaster's Shack and Saintsbridge..."). The one I'm killing is on horseback, but it's in the area described, I assume this is the right one? I killed this knight 3 times so far. First two times he dropped a shield, the third time nothing. Will keep killing and try to keep track of how many until the armor, then report back. Sadly, not 100% drop rate of armor though :( (assuming i'm killing the right one)

Over 2~ hours I managed to get 2x helms, 3x gauntlets, 2x greaves, 4x greatshields, and 2x partisans from him before it even dropped.

Altering this garment removes the cape, if anyone was curious.

The knight standing on the cliff edge above the road between the Warmaster's Shack and Saintsbridge grace sites dropped this armor repeatedly.

This is obtainable by the Gothric Knight patrolling at Gatefront Ruins. The drop rate is low but he does drop it.

Two interesting facts about this armor:
1) the poise remain the same for the altered version, and the poise to weight ratio becomes quite good;
2) if you wear crimson/navy hood with the altered version, that annoing "joisting guard" (or whatever that shield-like thing on the left is called) is removed.
