Actually it's 20% more damage on Godslayer Spells. Only the robe (chest piece does have this) but combined with the Godslayer Seal you see the picture.

Theres a face. On the cape. I cant unsee this. This used to be one of my favorite armor pieces, but now its just so damn distracting
