Iji's Mirrorhelm is a Helm in Elden Ring. Iji's Mirrorhelm is a unique item and is not part of a set. It is worn by the troll blacksmith Iji. Iji's Mirrorhelm protect the player's head by applying various defensive properties, it also changes the appearance as well when it is equipped. Some armor pieces may be available to both genders but may be slightly different for male and female characters.
Helm fashioned from a crystal looking-glass, said to have never left War Counselor Iji's head.
Easily broken and weak against striking attacks.
Worn by those committed to high treason, it wards off the intervention of the Greater Will and its vassal Fingers.
Iji was afraid. Terrified of his own treachery.

- This helmet shares the flavor text about high treason with the Nox Mirrorhelm
- Poise Updated to patch 1.07
I don’t care what it means or why it’s worn because the bottom line is it’s one of - if not THE - coolest looking helms in the Lands Between. Especially when rotating the camera.

As others have said, the text is purely for flavor explaining why Iji was wearing it. No secrets here, it seems.

"Worn by those committed to high treason, it wards off the intervention of the Greater Will and it's vassal Fingers."
Is this like... supposed to mean anything to us? It reads like maybe this helmet is used for something in-game. Or is it just there for like purposes and I'm overthinking it? lol
also, RIP Iji :(

PC V1.04 with Night's Calvary armor - no crash. Still would prefer mimic helm without the wart on the front for that Watchmen vibe...

Has anyone figured out what the effect of this and the other mirror helm is yet? It doesn't seem like simple flavor text given the composition and the fact it is shared by 2 items just like the lifesteal on kill etc.

Equipping Beast Champion Armor while wearing Iji's Mirrorhelm crashes the game. Tested several times.

Iji gets murdered by black knives and set aflame with black-fire. Worst death out of all the npc’s

Blaidd was nowhere to be seen for me during the Ranni quest and I still got the helmet.

Putting this helmet on is a nice and quick way to exit the game

Maybe a reference to Quaithes Mirror Helmet as seen on the GOT Show (Season 2 i think).
If you wear it to the renalla fight, and she hits you in the face with comet azur, this will reflect it back onto her and kill her instantly.
