Imp Head (Corpse) is a Helm in Elden Ring. Imp Head (Corpse) is a Heavyweight head protection that strikes a good balance between Physical and Magical defense. Imp Head (Corpse) protect the player's head by applying various defensive properties, it also changes the appearance as well when it is equipped. Some armor pieces may be available to both genders, but may be slightly different for male and female characters.
Head covering made from the largely unaltered head of an impish golem.
Resembling the visage of a corpse, it holds trace amounts of lingering faith.

I think this might be bugged. I put it on a light load character just messing around with fashion, took it off and put all my regular stuff back on & now the character is at medium load

I'd rather go without the +2 in FTH if wearing this helm is the price I have to pay for those two extra levels. Compared with the other imp head helms there's no denying this is really ugly and it doesn't look good with any of the armour sets I have.

Pretty good before you get the Haligtree Helm for prayer bonus. Defense is a little low for the weight but it has 8 poise to make up for that. Also looks great. Hilarious invasion helm.

On the Interactive Map the coordinate is -101.9 : 119.2 just left of the "smithing stone (4) icon" it's on the second tier from the main street, so you gotta drop down from the buildings with golden rooftops, if u see lots of imps on the roof, you are there.
