Iron Greatsword is a Greatsword in Elden Ring. The Iron Greatsword scales primarily with Strength and Dexterity, but it is a rare drop from a relatively tough and seldom-encountered enemy.

Where to Find Iron Greatsword in Elden Ring

The Iron Greatsword weapon can be found at the following location:

• Possible drop from the two large red-maned Misbegotten in Leyndell, Royal Capital, in the ash-covered path leading toward the Forbidden Lands. Closest site of grace is the Avenue Balcony in Leyndell.
• The one near the perfumers can be farmed from the ramparts grace with the Jar Cannon, Misbegotten Warrior in Miquella's Haligtree, north of the Haligtree Town Plaza Site of Grace. This is the most ideal farming spot, as it can still be farmed after burning the Erdtree.

• Weapon Skill: Stamp (Upward Cut)
• This weapon can be infused with Ashes of War
• Can be buffed by Magic or Consumables
• Iron Greatsword can be upgraded by using Smithing Stones.
• This weapon has favorable AR compared to other infusible greatswords. In this sense, it can be seen as a strict upgrade to the Bastard Sword that can be acquired earlier in the game.
• Sell Value:   100
• Base drop rate is 4% (at 100 Discovery)
• NOTE: As of Patch 1.09, the scaling values of this weapon were changed. Please refer to the Upgrades Table of this weapon below. Additionally, speed, range, recovery time and guard counter speed of Greatswords weapons has increased.
