Isolated Merchant Raya Lucaria is an NPC and one of several Isolated Merchants in Elden Ring. Isolated Merchants sell various items and equipment including Consumables, Materials, Weapons and Armor as well as notes containing useful tips for the player. This Isolated Merchant can be found near the end of the South East bridge leading from the Main Academy Gate grace.

Talk about the isolated merchant.
He took that title too seriously.
"Well.. it's been an age since I've seen a customer." Yeah, maybe if you set up camp somewhere that is not nearly impossible to find and dead-ends you might see customers more frequently? Just a suggestion.
This has to be the worst location for a merchant in the game lol. I've got like 700 hours in and this is the first time I've ever seen him down here in the jungle.

TP to Main Academy Gate site of grace and run down the bridge. He's close to the end chilling between all the shruberry. Mind the k9s

He also sells a note about Seluvis, though I can't make use of it. It mentions an area downstairs near the three sisters, but I can't find it

OK the trick is that the sigil is a PORTAL, NOT a wall you can go past the sigil and just ignore it and walk past. go passed
options 1 and 2
1. warp to the south lucaria gate, interact with the gate, take your next right and walk around passed the sigil down the grassy wooded bridge/road
2. warp to main lucaria gate turn around and walk passed the sigil (again it's a portal not a wall just walk by it without interacting with it) down the wooded road

Teleport to the South Raya Lucaria Gate, go through the gates, then turn around and go back and you will see him. Easy as that.

Man, it would have been more helpful if it said, "On the bridge south-southeast of the Main Academy Gate." Instead of, "it's outside the raya lucaria academy" because it's not outside, it's within.

you find him the same way you find Yura, once you use the key to get into the academy and spawn in that little square area before the main elevator in, you can walk past both of the glyphs in the air. for this merchant take the one on the right and run past a bunch of wolves to find him. Careful if you havent hit endgame yet cause there is a bloodhound night near the portcullis

The mal is misleading and the guy under me is on the same path this is the simple way: LITERALLY go to “main academy gate” grace point, after that turn left and look for the blue seal thing then LITERALLY go straight without interacting with the blue seal thing go last the wolves and boom, merchant

I've defeated Rennala but the portcullis is still closed. I can't get onto the bridge to get to this merchant. Is there a lever somewhere in the Academy?

To explain the location a bit better: travel to Main Academy Gate Grace and face the entrance towards the academy. Go left past the seal (don't interact with it) onto a overgrown bridge filled with wolves. The merchant is located at the end of said bridge on top of it.

can someone find a better picture of where this guy is? this page is very misleading seeing as there is nobody under or on the south bridge to the academy.
It's surprising to me to see how few people felt the need to try and turn around to explore the bridge they just got teleported up, and just outright missed this merchant entirely. First thing I did was turn around and comb back for loot on my first playthrough. Wouldn't have guessed this NPC was so widely unknown.
