Karolos Glintstone Crown is a Helm in Elden Ring. Karolos Glintstone Crown increase intelligence to the detriment of stamina and protect the player's head by applying various defensive properties, it also changes the appearance as well when it is equipped. Some armor pieces may be available to both genders but may be slightly different for male and female characters.
One of the glintstone crowns bestowed upon Raya Lucaria scholars whose pursuits were deemed worthy.

- Using the Erudition emote (Gesture) with any Academy Glintstone Crown equipped will make the glintstones glow brightly, with the exception of the Haima and Hierodas Glintstone Crowns.
- The Karolos Conspectus was begun by Primeval Sorcerer Azur, and the Karolos Glintstone Crown is based off of what is most likely Azur's head, which can be seen in greater detail in portraits found throughout Raya Lucaria Academy.
- The Karolos Glintstone Crown is worn, but not dropped, by Glintstone Sorcerers who are scholars of the Karolos Conspectus. Most Glintstone Sorcerers wear the Karolos Glintstone Crown.

For the giantdad fans out there.
This helm REDUCES your stamina, therefore decreasing your equip load, functionally the opposite of Mask of the Father.
However, there is still hope. The Hierodas Glintstone Crown may not look exactly like Mask of the Father, but it is essentially the same because it INCREASES stamina.

This is the best one in terms of function and looks, but the picture shows it having blueish stones but even after using Erudition they stay white in game

As far as Glintstone crowns & Helms w/ Special Effects go, this is probably the best deal statistically for Battlemage builds using heavy armor or weapons. As long as your build wears an Erdtree's Favor or has about 18-20 endurance to meet your medium load, the penalty feels almost non-existant. A -9% penalty to Stamina is pretty minor compared to the -9/-18% penalties to HP & FP the other crowns provide. Any items that increase stamina regen also help offset the penalty quite a bit.

Really wish the embedded glintstones were as bright as the inventory image shows. When worn in-game, the colors are washed out and pale.

At 19 End this reduces the equivalent of 7 levels of End or 11 stamina. Either these glintstone crowns need a buff or endurance needs some balance.

Are the eyes bugged out on this for PC? In the thumbnail it has blue eyes, but when equipped they are white.

There is a little ghost crab that you get this from. If you walk to progression and go forward and turn left, you can stealth crouch and see it. Unfortunately, this doesn't have a female version automatically. I want the one that Sellen? wears.

Karalos Head + Crucible Axe armor + Zweihander = The return of a legend (Optional: Great Turtle Shell as it functions the same as grass crest, or Banished Knight Shield as it has a similar shape to grass crest.)

Basically Rennala's Crown but worse, I don't see a motive to wearing this except for an intent of Giantdad Cosplay.
