Lands Between Rune is a Consumable Item and optional Keepsake in Elden Ring that grants 3000 
Runes upon use.
Grace said to have once dwelled in the eyes of the inhabitants of the Lands Between; the lingering residue of gold.
Use to gain 3000 runes.
No grace resides in the eyes of the Tarnished; if it ever did, it is now lost.

This item is indeed for collectors. A collector accepts nothing less than max possible inventory of every item. As a collector, I used my other PS5 to drop enough of these on my main account to have 99 on hand and 600 in storage. A collector accepts nothing less! For those who want to get this just go into your game's files and spawn them in your inventory or have a friend give you them then just do the duping glitch.

The description seems like a reference/hint to the fact that enemies can spawn with "grace in their eyes" and drop extra runes

3000 runes are not much.
But for collectors, Lands Between Rune is more worthier than 3000 runes.

This rune is indeed unique; in name alone. It shares the same gains as Golden Rune (8), and icon, but otherwise is the only iteration you will receive in game if chosen as a Keepsake.
To clarify; It has the same Rune gains as a Golden Rune (8), and the same Icon.
It is the ONLY rune named Lands Between Rune in the entirety of the game. Making it unique for that alone.

Is this a unique iteration of the consumable runes? Or is it similar to Sovereign Soul in DS3 which ID'd as a Soldier Soul if memory serves.
Imps are awesome for the early game carry till you get your stats fleshed out, but for unique vibes, this might be worth it for collectors. >,.,<;
