Should be noted that you need to find and talk to him after he's moved to Altus Plateau to see this in his stock/on his bearing. If you only find his bearing after he moved but didn't talk to him before progressing too far, likely after defeating Fire Giant if not before, his bell bearing will only have his starting Incants still. Ugh...
safe to assume Golden vow and protection of the erdtree were the damage negations buffs that only stacks.. ;-;
