MrPeaCH 28th Sep is bang on correct. That spirit spring past the demi-humans fighting giant bats is MUCH faster, easier and safer than through the graveyard to the bridge and stargazer's ruins.

Fun fact, these have the greatest range of all the projectiles in the game for some reason. If you equip the arrows reach talisman, they have almost no gravity or damage falloff whatsoever, even over absurdly long distances.
the bridge is not the only way to reach this merchant. there is a spirit spring near the Shack of the Lofty (where you fight Juno Hoslow) that will take you there and bypass the bridge altogether (likewise the Stargazer's Ruins).

The goat greatbolts to use against against afk farmers in Liurina of the lakes. Lots of the time they’ll be perched up on the far end of the broken bridge where you can snipe them from underneath. Aim right and they’ll fly right off the bridge with the knock back. Happy hunting

This can be used in conjunction with explosive greatbolts to kill difficult enemies from outside any normal range. Since the Aoe is calculated differently from on hit shots, if you aim slightly below or near the target u will deal full damage regardless of range. Also Lightning greatbolt flies straighter than most greatbolts so take that into consideration when u are aiming.

Noticed on this one has a lot less bullet drop than the other ones for some reason. Tested with jar cannon and this makes it snipe from almost any distance.

Unlike traditional Souls lightning greatarrows, these have an AOE on impact, similar to the explosive greatbolt.
