I have Lord of Blood's Exultation in my inventory, but it does not show when I Mix Wondrous Physic.
Anyone know how to get it to show when mixing wondrous physic?

Super annoying actually.

The bleed effect occurs at a very certain position on the enemies hitbox. Hit fire giant on the foot and cause bleed? You're not close enough to activate it. Even if you hit the giant hand's fingertips and cause bleed it won't activate, because you're too far away from the actual effect.

Triggers on the self bleed from Aberrant/Thorn/Briar spells. A nice niche way to trigger this from range. Good drip for this build.

Single most busted talisman in the game. Best when used with Corpse Piler (fast bleed build-up and can hit multiple enemies at once with each strike), a bleed weapon with Seppuku (procs instantly upon use and makes successive procs easier with the bonus bleed/attack buff) or the Bloodflame Blade buff used with Blood Tax (multi-hit properties provide fast build-up and it heals you) or Bloodhound's Step (increased utility to chase down opponents avoiding a proc).

A lot of Mohg's followers seem to be Albinaurics, the same people Miquella tried to save from persecution using the Haligtree. This description implies that Miquella has spent several years sleeping in a congealed puddle of the blood of the people he wanted to help. Even if most of the blood isn't Albinauric, it's still a disgusting concept, and I hope the DLC doesn't reveal that Miquella was successfully corrupted by cessblood.

So I did some testing on my newly acquired vampire build in Ng+ with several damage buffs and a full Rivers of Blood Skill Combo, against the Giant in front of Godricks arena:

Damage without any buffs - 4147

+ Rotten Winged Sword Talisman - 4259

+ Shard of Alexander Talisman - 4718

+ Lord of Bloods Exultation Talisman - 5116

+ Holy Vow Spell - 5702

+ Fire Cracked Tear - 6083

+ Thorny Cracked Tear - 6654

So, they all stack!
Note: I also tried Dex knot tear, but the other two reward higher damage (~400 less damage with Dex)

Getting another proc while the buff is active does reset it

Tested by using seppuku once at the start of a timer and then again after 10 seconds, buff aura went away after 30 seconds on the timer

Tested this and Kindred of Rot together and got some interesting results.

Setup - 2x +19 Blood Uchigatanas, 13Str/30Dex/72 Arcane. Base AP - 359. Blood buff only - 431 AP (72 increase, ~16.7%). Poison buff only - 444 AP ( 85 increase, ~19.7%). Both buffs together - 517 AP (158 increase, ~35.8%). Both buffs last about 20 seconds.

It would appear that these buffs do stack additively. The only issue is that you have to be relatively close to the mob to receive the buff, so be mindful of your range if you're attempting to proc either of them with a bow or spell.

Will using the Briar sorceries along with the staff of the guilty make a niche bleed Faith build viable?

Use the talisman with the white mask and the poison talisman. Keep the serpent bow with serpent arrows on as well as your regular bleed weapons (I use powerstanced blood long swords). Summon your mimic for bosses and he’ll swap between poisoning from a distance and pushing in for massive bleed buildup and damage. The other talisman for damage on consecutive hits also makes this combo an effective boss killer.

I use a quality arcane build so 50 str/dex/arc.

I did some damage testing with gear that procs damage bonuses with blood loss/poison etc. - I'm dual-weilding a Scavenger's Curved Sword (poison ash of war) with a Serpent-God's Curved Sword (blood ash of war) and here are the numbers that I've found:

Base Attack Power:
413 (Scavenger)
417 (Serpent-God)

With White Mask:
454 + ~10%
459 + ~10%

With Lord of Blood's/Kindred of Rot's Exulation:
495 + ~20%
501 + ~20%

With Mask + either exultation:
545 + ~32%
551 + ~32%

With Mask + both exultations:
654 + ~58%
661 + ~58%

So basically, everything stacks. It's super fun when I proc everything vs bosses and chunkier enemies cause my damage just spikes like crazy. Only downside is most of this stuff's pretty much end-game gear :(

You could also stack the damage further with things like the Rotten Sword Winged Insigia or the Blue Dancer Charm (for lighter builds), but I don't feel like these are worth the talisman slots.

One of the strongest talismans in the game. 20% damage increase for 20% seconds, and bleed can be activated again over and over. Kind of ironic to give bleed such a powerful talisman considering how strong it already is in ER. Worse yet there's also a poison variant which is worse in about every way, while poison is almost useless in both PvE and PvP alike.

this is bugged. I have 35 arcane and I hit an enemy with my blood straight sword, 104 damage. I hit him a few more times and when he bleeds out, I get a little sound and the red aura around me like when you eat the meat
then I still do 104 damage lol

This is going to be incredibly good if somebody runs the Seppuku Ash of War, as all it states is blood loss in the vicinity is required for the buff, as Seppuku reads out the Blood Loss status on you, but doesn't do the full damage.

Seems to be a flat 110 damage up, might be affected by my 40 arcane. only activates on successful bloodloss not during buildup. lasts about 12 ish seconds. does not stack with multiple bloodloss activates, But getting another bloodloss during the 12 seconds will reset the time it takes to run out

Finally found it! nobody has talked about it. Its the reward for a boss in Leyndell Catacombs, a mini dungeon in the bottom of the Capital's sewers. right by the two giant lobsters. confusing dungeon but fun.
