- Inflicts 305 Madness buildup to hit enemies
- 1-2 uses are enough to trigger Madness in most players
- When triggered, Madness damages equal to 100+15% of the target's max HP, and causes FP loss of 30+10% of their max FP
- Note that all but a handful of enemies in PVE are immune to Madness.

It feels like Fromsoftware has been reluctant to give us a legitimate madness build. A proper madness build has high Faith and Mind, but to use the weapons would be high Strength (for the shield) and Dexterity (for the spear). Now with this fist weapon theres also an Intelligence scaling with the madness seal to go with it, it just doesnt feel like theres a "right way" to optimize a madness build. Damn shame.

difficult to land, but usually inflicts madness in one hit unless they have sorta high focus
I've been using it in invasions to one shot people with a point blank Giantsflame while they're madness stunned

Does anyone know if this skill is boosted by Shard of Alexander?
Been trying to do some testing but so far i don't see any difference, i could be wrong tho
