First, the nearest site of grace is “The Nameless Eternal City”. It’s directly east from there. Second there is a typo in the item’s use section “revel”. Giving a map location of a map seems kinda pointless lol.

This map is kinda really cool because of the massive tree cross-sections. It also proves how the underground and overground maps don't align even when they're supposed to, i.e. the cross section of the Erdtree stem not aligning with its overground location. In a similar fashion, I think the roots where the Prince of Death's Throne (i.e. Godwyn's rotting corpse) is located belong to the Minor Erdtree inside the Capital Rampart. It's the only withered Greattree in the otherwise thriving Altus Plateau, and there are enemies using a uniquie version of Fia's mist (i.e. Death sorcery / incantation).
