NPC Invaders in Elden Ring are hostile NPCs or human Enemies that could appear once players reach specific locations. If an NPC invader is close, players will receive a prompt stating who they are invaded by. If they are riding on horseback, Torrent will despawn. Upon their defeat the game notifies players with the prompt, Invader Vanquished. It is also possible to be invaded by some familiar ally NPCs. On the other hand, it is also possible to have a sign available for you invade specific NPCs as well. Upon defeat, this will instead inform the player that the host has be vanquished. Below is a list of all available NPC Invaders including NPCs that players can invade in Elden Ring sorted by Location.

Remember kids, if you ever try to do any sort of ranged build, stay far FAR away from these guys. You aren't landing a hit. Run.

My head canon is that moving between worlds is a not uncommon ability, and that the different worlds are a sort of multiverse, some people are known to be habitual invaders because of how frequently they move around, but there can also be multiverse versions of some people. Vyke, for instance, invades our world because he is from an alternate reality where he gave in to the Frenzied Flame, perhaps before he gathered any great runes and became a contender for Elden Lord. The Vyke in the evergaol is 'our' world's Vyke, because he's not an invader. It's also interesting to note that despite being burned by the fingers he doesn't use any Frenzy abilities at all, implying he may have had a change of heart after meeting the fingers, and possibly imprisoned himself.

If you want a good fight against an NPC, attack Blaidd while he's still howling.

Caelid should have Great Jar Champions listed if Fia's Champions and Great Horned Tragoth are listed as such.
Also i found 2 more locations for Sanguine Noble invasions (it's respawing when area is reset, possible until Mogh is alive) - Liurnia of The lakes in the Rose Church and same spot for Eleonora invasion (after killing her) - Second Church of Marika on Altus Plateau.

I think it's incredibly cheesy that they pretend to use the online mechanic, verbiage, and screens. Both for this and your 'invasion' assassination quests for Volcano Manor the like.
I'm offline. There are no other worlds.

Consecrated Snowfield is missing one invader, a Sanguine Noble that spawns when you get close to the Waygate to Mohgwyn Palace. He dual wields Reduvias, kinda dangerous if you let him get too close. He drops the sanguine noble set when defeated.

Maybe should include the Great Jar warriors if NPCs that you invade count.

Before DYNASTY MAUSOLEUM MIDPOINT site of grace you can invade someone, cant remember the name.
Milicent apeared only once and I'm pretty sure I didn't killed her, now she wont show up anymore.
Most of these can be easily killed by spamming inescapable frenzy
