This guy has a pool of blood under him, and something put me off about his yelling when you're near him. I assumed he was like a murderer or something and so I killed him thinking there would be something special, but now I just feel bad. :(

It always makes me happy that this guy sells probably the most important stuff any individual merchant sells in the game, that virtually every new character of mine buys. I always imagine him pulling out his phone and opening Uber Eats once I go back up the ladder.

Hey, by the way... You should note that either this guy, or all of the nomadic merchants are immune to poison. No matter how many times I try to poison Mist this guy it's just not hitting him.

oh god attacking him made me feel so horrible dont do it guys. that was the first merchant i have done that to and there is now a pain in my soul

You can get there by crossing a rope and plank bridge from Altus Plateau on the North West side, then stick to the cliff after the grace and after climbing a rope ladder, go past the sad looking lot and cross a rock formation jutting out over a cliff. After that you should take the rope ladders that are on the left and look for this little fellow sitting by the fire.
