AnonymousIt does not appear there for me, I came there pretty late, im at haligtree area and I went to fort haight and there were no enemies there nor items. I think after you've progressed to a certain point they all disappear but im not certain. All I know is I dont have the cookbook and the item ain't in the room it's supposed to be.

edit the location to say "stone stairs". its kinda confusing.

The map link says it's looted from a chest, whereas the page (correctly) says it's on a corpse. It's in the room up a few steps that's opposite the entrance. Weird descriptions for how to get there all around, it seems.
