This note is the dumbest ****. It hints at how to obtain the torch but is a complete red herring for no good reason. You find one of the Sentinels on Altus carrying said torch but it never drops it. No other Sentinels in the world to give you the torch. You have to remember some random ass merchant is actually the one selling it. Considering you find him way before you ever find this note or the need for an enemy-revealing torch, why the hell would you normally pay the torch he's selling any mind when you already have like two other torches in my inventory, or other means of illuminating dark areas?

Give me a useful, actually practical hint. "Seems merchants nowadays favor these for anal stimulation". Anything. Just knowing there's a special torch doesn't help me if I can't find it at all. Worse still is sending me off on a wild goose chase for it.
