Nox Monk Hood is a Helm in Elden Ring. The Nox Monk Hood is part of the Nox Monk Set, and is a Light Weight head protection that was worn by the monks of the Eternal City. Nox Monk Hood protect the player's head by applying various defensive properties, it also changes the appearance as well when it is equipped. Some armor pieces may be available to both genders but may be slightly different for male and female characters.

altered helm looks alright if you’re trying to make a ninja character
Ainsel River/ Nokstella, Eternal City grace. 17 Runs at 274 Discovery. If you're quick, use the Black Knife armor, or Crepus's Vial (talisman) to make your footsteps silent. Sprint north to backstab the one on the right then the 2nd to the left. Done right it's a really fast farm.

Took about 27 runs killing the pair in Nokstella, making 760 runes a kill with the Golden Scarab equipped. I thought I would like the look of this helm based off the picture, but I don't. It's not symmetrical and it does not cover the nose. it just looks weird to me...

Drops off of monks north of Nokstella, Eternal City grace, there are 2 in ruins that are an alright farm

Location - Nokstella, Eternal City Grace - Directly North west is 2 Nox Monks beside some ruins wearing the full set. Confirmed to drop it.

The Monk Hood is loot found somewhere in the city or dropped by the Nox Monks themselves. I've been farming the monks for a while now and yet to see the hood drop. So, I'm starting to suspect that it's not an enemy drop. Could be wrong and just unlucky though.
My favourite headgear. Goes great with Frenzied Flame eyes, and the Altered Gelmir Knight piece. Or the unaltered Banished Knight chest.
