Omen Armor is a Chest Armor in Elden Ring. Omen Armor is part of the Omen Set Armor Set, and has high physical resistances and high poise. Omen Armor is an armor piece worn over or around the player's torso to obtain an increase of defense and resistance. It also changes the appearance as well when it is equipped. Some armor pieces may be available to both genders but may be slightly different for male and female characters.
Malformed armor resembling an Omen with its horns cut off.
Worn by the Dung Eater. The heavy, sun-shaped medallion represents both the guidance he once saw, and the ring to which it will one day lead.

I spent my whole first playthrough thinking that the protrusions were some sort of malformed teeth. Thanks to the description now I know they are horns, which is marginally better I guess

I know there's parallels here to Solaire's life... But how does everything tie together...

Should be able to alter this one especially to make it for skinny sort. Then I'd be able to ignore the horns and blood in memory of my boy Solaire

Man that's dark. If you believe the theory that sunbro has been a representation of Miyazaki then it implies they're losing some light. The title and everything too. The way the character acts. They made Sunbro so self hating.

Oh they're cut off horns... I thought they were some sort of weird disease offshoots or something considering that he defiles corpses and eats dung for a living.
