- Consumes High FP (113)
- You must be near a rebirth monument to summon spirits from ashes.
- When you are close to a rebirth monument and able to summon, a monument icon will appear on the left side of the screen.
- Proc Bleed.

This guy is feast or famine, and it's completely random. Either he'll dunk 20 times in a row and proc bleed five times, or he'll try and breathe fire on the magma wyrm for the whole fight.

He plays the game alone, way too powerful.
He even claps Malenia, like wtf.

He did a better job with dragonlord placidusax than my mimic or black knife tiche. He keeps aggro fairly well, and he can hold up through both phases. And he can break the dragon's poise. I wish I used him earlier. The other spirit ashes always got vaporized quickly in phase 2.

One of the best summons in the game. He has a decent build with great damage, can bleed, fast for it's size, can stagger enemies but can't be easily staggered and has a excellent moveset including a flame breath that screens his retreat. Any build will benefit as you can summon him and he'll aggressively tank your enemies while you have some room for free action to heal or attack from range. Other than the fp cost, his only downside is the fact that he's a midgame drop after Lendyll when the difficulty spikes up again so at that point you probably already have mimic tear or another tank ash like banished knights that have been upgraded. He's still relevant enough at any point because of how well-rounded he is.

some people may not know but omenkiller rollo has a significant advantage than all other omenkiller bosses, rollo cannot be staggered by medium impact attacks like greatswords, greataxes, etc. unlike all other omenkillers. a very easy way for you to notice this is to summon him against another omenkiller, watch them both fight. every swing Rollo does will stagger the normal omenkiller (including his breath attack), but the normal omenkiller will struggle to stagger Rollo. This spirit ash allows us to summon an UPGRADED OMENKILLER and i can't help but point this out so we can showcase how good of a summon he really is.

Rollo is made to kill Mohg when upgraded, really efficient, breaks poise and procs bleed.
Any build specialising in bleed or poise breaking will certainly benefit from this.

I don't know what they have done but this ash is now absolute ****. Can't hold agro at all, passive during the fight. Constantly spits fire instead of doing his rabid cleaver attacks. ffs absolute garbage.

The idea that we get a frigging boss as a summon is just cracked. And his performance doesn't disappoint. Top 5 spirit in the game, maybe top 3. Get this one for your loadouts.

imagine not using an early game boss as a summon.
rise up, Rollo chads.

I rlly enjoy fighting with this dude. I got him to +10 so we are officially BFs. He’s not super Tanky but he’s strong. Omenkillers are my 2nd favourite enemy in the game anyway. Props to my man Rollo

need an erdtree avatar spirit ash so I can summon another ds1 demon
I tested Dung, Omenkiller, Amon, Tiche and Oleg at the Gatefront grace (where there is that large group of lower-level knights). At least for group fights like this, the ranking is:
Dung > Omenkiller > Oleg > Tiche and Amon
Omenkiller and Oleg had really similar performance but Amon was definitely the worst, once getting down to 20% health. Dung was the best. Against large groups of humanoid enemies, his rolling gave him more survivability. Tiche of course has the coolest move set but I found that he performance is the most variable. Sometimes she performs similar to Omenkiller and Oleg but once she almost died (~5% health left).
On top of that - I witnessed Dung pull off a critical hit. I've never seen any other summon do that. Perhaps Tiche does it too but I haven't seen it happen. So I wonder if it is something specific to puppets.
In terms of sheer survivability though, I think that Omenkiller and Oleg are the most "consistent".
Overall though, I would consider Dung, Omenkiller and Oleg to be S+ Tier (as well as Mimic if you have a good build). You really can't go wrong with any of these. Aside from Mimic, Dung is probably the best if you have a bleed build.

He's cool but I kind of wish we also got an Omen Spirit Ash, especially if it's the Horned Variant.

S tier. Top lad: Hates Omens, hates emotions, loves perfumes. Simple as.

Speaking of puppets, has anyone noticed the Omenkiller to your left as you enter Seluvis' underground chamber? I highly suspect that this is it. beyond this, there is also a perfumer that resembles Tricia, however you do fight her and receive her ashes from her own miniboss dungeon fight. I wonder how many emissaries Seluvis has tucked away in the world

Anyone else get motion sickness from this fight? Something about the darkness...

As an "Omenkiller" is he particularly effective against Margit/Morgott or Mohg, as they are both Omens? I know his bleed damage would be effective against Mohg, but is there any more to it than that? Like, do the Great Omenkiller Cleaver's he wields do extra damage against Omens?

Has anybody rigorously tested this guy versus Dung Eater puppet? I've used Dung Eater a lot and he's quite effective, and it seems like Rollo fills a very similar role as a tanky melee fighter focused on bleed. Any strong reason to pick one over the other?

I see a lot of people talking about his HP and bleed procs, but nobody's yet mentioned what is, in my opinion, the best thing about him: he's constantly handing out these caramel-filled chocolate things he invented, and they are absolutely delicious

Insane if your character uses bleed. Does good damage by himself and either stops bleed buildup from decaying while you pull back to flask, or can proc hemmoraging for you. Even has a ranged attack so he can easily hold the attention of an enemy in a gank fight.

I don't know what this guy's deal is to be honest. He utterly wrecks a lot of bosses, but there are some fights where all he'll do is repeatedly run up to the boss then immediately back away again. He'll either be able to solo the boss, or he'll make you solo it instead.

Ridiculous at +10 and still not helpful for a ranged battle, man wants to hang out. I need him to keep the damn fire giant busy. Come on. Compared to Oleg who will keep the battle going for you

This dude carried me through Malenia, with his colossal bleed swords, stagger on every hit and giant health pool

This guy at +10 has a monstrous amount of health, and can bleed and burn enemies. He might as well be a friendly boss because he ****ing smacks almost every boss in the game
I'm sure he might be good for malenia but he isn't that great generally
