wondering if this would be good even without the int requirement? im trying to do a dante build and this seems sorta like dance macabre in a way. its just flashy sword moves but i dont want the blue glow cause thats associated with vergil. dante kinda just swings his weapons so i'm wondering how viable this is going pure dex and 0 int

This is actually and extremly flexible attack chain it seems to get I-frames on certain points (not 100% sure could just be hitbox shenanigans) and can be rolled out of consistently letting you use the art as a main attack even during boss fights.

Really good weapon for mages. Yes, it scales more with Dex than Int, but most mages will want 40 Dex to fast cast with Radagon's Icon. At 40 Dex / 80 Int this feels like the new Moonlight Veil for PvE purposes.

do those small 'set-up swings' between 3&4 and 4&5 have hitboxes?
With 80 dex and minimum requirement int the full combo does around 4300 damage to the omen at underground roadside. With 80 int and minimum dex it did about 3700 for the full combo. With 50 dex and 50 int the combo did about 4300 damage. This is a dex weapon or hybrid dex/int weapon. Not for pure mages.

Dual wield this with moonveil for a makeshift force edge to go with your Yamato then use interchangeably.

Can confirm that the magic-damage portion of the AOW gets boosted by the Spellblade (Rogier's) set. I get about a 4% damage increase, which makes sense given that the spellblade set increases the magic damage of AOW's by 8%, and this weapon has a 50/50 physical/magic damage split. Probably want to use a mix of multi-hit and magic boosting talismans/tears along with Rogier set to maximize damage on the AOW.

The buildup for the third attack makes you invisible, do you have I-frames?
