Oracle Envoy Ashes is a Spirit and Summon in Elden Ring. Oracle Envoy Ashes are used to summon the spirits of four Oracle Envoys.

Oracle Envoys can also be found as Enemies in Elden Ring. For more information, see Oracle Envoy and Oracle Envoy Giant.

Ashen Remains in which spirits yet dwell.

Use to summon the spirits of four Oracle Envoys.

Spirits of a monstrous band of musicians who employ sacred arts. It is said that when Oracle Envoys appear, playing their pipes, they do so to herald the arrival of a new god, or age.

Where to find Oracle Envoy Ashes

Where to Find Oracle Envoy Ashes

  • Miquella's Haligtree near Haligtree Town site of grace [Elden Ring Map]
  • From the Haligtree Town site of grace, ascend the eastern ladder and run up the large branch past the scarlet rot flowers and avoiding the bubbles from the Giant Envoy behind you. Jump down to the left to a small branch from some fungi.  From there approach and kill the Giant Envoy that was above you.  Then continue upwards to the east where one Giant Envoy, one large Envoy, and two envoys guard the ashes.

Elden Ring Oracle Envoy Ashes Guide

Unless you want to watch your back when you run from the Haligtree Town site of grace, I suggest running to the ashes from the start of the area.  When you are running towards the second grace, you will start getting attacked from the big Oracle Envoy. Before the first attack reaches you, you can fall or jump to a lower branch on the right side. Follow that branch going upwards and you will find the ashes to the right being guarded by four Oracle Envoys. Two small ones, one medium, and a large one.

Equip the best haligtree drake talisman you have, use bloodhound step, and don't forget the lost ash of war on the other end of the branch where the obnoxious great envoy shoots from.

Respectfully, the route given by the description is incredibly frustrating and may not be the best route to the ashes. I headed from the other direction (from the Miquella's Haligtree Canapy grace) and had a somewhat easier time, given I could see the large envoy's bubbles attacking me. Keep in mind without significant preparation for the large envoy's damage type, it can easily kill the player with one or two bubbles out of its full volley, even at level 150+

I +10'd these little ones for fun and they're extremely, extremely bad. A novelty summon on par with the Soldjars but much worse. Their bubbles aren't the homing projectiles, they're the ones that appear at a distance and burst after a delay, making it very unlikely that they'll hit anything, their damage is extremely low, and they're not particularly tanky. But if, like me, you're +10ing these ashes, you're probably not using them because they're efficient.

Hardest Ashes to get in the entire game imo. Must go through the sniper that basically oneshots you and then into a large group on a hella narrow branch. There's nowhere to dodge.

"It is said that when Oracle Envoys appear, playing their pipes, they do so to herald the arrival of a new god, or age." i think the ones in leyndell are for marika and the ones in the haligtree are for miquella.

Fat boy's bubbles can be dodged forward. Under one, that is sniping from top, there is a spot - you can stay and snipe him with sleep arrows.

Something weird here. I summon those ashes to try and they have "Skeletal Bandits" over their HP bars. Hope this was fixed in later patch than i have (1.02.1).

I know "near Haligtree Town site of grace" helps a **** ton. You have to backtrack, up the ladder, walk up the big branch until you're able to drop down to a smaller one on your left (keep in mind the big doot guy behind you, his bubbles do some of the greatest damage I've seen in the game). Walk up the smaller branch, he'll be on your left (I'd recommend offing him cuz you'll be running on the way back), then keep going up on the right to find a squad of a small, medium and big dooters there, they're all looking at the ashes, just grab'em and squidaddle ;)
PS: Lost ashes of war if you keep heading to the left after the big guy

That fatso killed me countless times but there is a spot close to him where you can snipe and he cant reach to you with that golden balls. Some good soul even put a "here" message there

Assassin's Gambit ash of war + Crepus's Vial talisman. You'll have to take out a few of the small Envoys from the Haligtree Canopy site of grace and enemies will still notice you if you get too close, but I was able to avoid the majority of the nonsense leading up to the big Envoy with this combo. Just be super careful when fighting the first big Envoy and the second with his small group near the ashes, those bubbles hit like a truck even with Holy defense stacked.

I hear this is tricky to get so I just wanna mention that the Hand Ballista works wonders in the Haligtree. Anything you can’t knock off with it will die outright in a few shots.

If you have a hard time getting to the upper branch you can equip your physick flask with the crimsonwhorl bubbletear from the mountaintops of the giants. You will be inmmune to the barrage damage during the flask effect so you can get to the branch safe, only keep an eye on the push effect of the hits still can make you miss the jump

To people struggling to get this: equip your best bow (Lion+9 will deal about 1k per Hit) and snipe that ****er like he is sniping you.

Get the highest Holy def you can get, get a greatshield with good holy def and start from the second grace.
You can run up past two scarlet rot flowers before you have to turn back and block. And then proceed in that fashion.
Farmed the big boi for his Greathorn that way.
Vigor 40, Haligtree+2 and Pearldrake+2 and it still hit like a truck, so be careful.

Sure they're a pain to get but hear me out: You can summon dumpling babies on command who will **** **** up with their macaroni horns

                                    • Anonymous

Getting to these is kind of a pain but worth it. Having a squad of doot doot boys is priceless as is but they're pretty tanky and will **** with enemies at range with surprising ease. Won't do much damage but they'll keep heat off of you

I'm trying to get these ashes, but the ****ing giant envoy keeps shooting me with the ****ing bubbles and they one shot me. Like idk what to do here cause even if I roll the second wave gets me in animation

                                        • Anonymous

In my experience Ashes with range like the marionette soldiers can get stuck firing at something behind a wall -- these guys are great in areas where that happens because of their horn attack that creates a bubble directly on their target. Line of sight doesn't seem to matter for that attack so even if they get stuck somewhere they can still contribute.

                                          • Anonymous

I'm not sure if it's the upgrades or the summon, but in my experience, guys are surprisingly tanky. They don't do much damage, but they can hold aggro and survive pretty well. Also, the game names them as "Skeletal Bandits" when you summon them, funnily enough.

                                            • Anonymous

You acquire the ashes from Miquella's Haligtree. When your making your way down to the second grace, you will be attacked by the Big Oracle that shoots the homing bubbles. When your going down the branch take a right onto a lower branch. Keep following the branch to the top right. The ashes are guarded by 4 Oracle enemies. 2 small, 1 medium, 1 large.
