RL 156 with level 10 Moonveil and level 24 cold uchigatana, and level 10 Tiche. Use transient moonlight when you are not close enough for melee and when you are close enough, use the l1 power stance combo to do huge bleeding and frost buildup. During phase 2, when she does the scarlet aeonia flower nuke, rush in, spam l2 for about 3 to 4 seconds, GTFO, and heal back to 100%. The successful attempt came down to RNG in that she did a second flower bond that could be exploited the same as the first. I really don't feel like doing this ever again.

In the ruin there is a small treasure chest guarded by two smaller flowers, and then the perfumers. You can reset nearby at the mark. Its near their big table.
