Perfumer's Traveling Garb is a Chest Armor in Elden Ring. Perfumer's Traveling Garb is part of the Perfumer Traveler Armor Set, and is Garb of a traveling perfumer of no renown. It is a simple cloth garb with a thick apron that provides some damage negation and resistance. Perfumer's Traveling Garb is an armor piece worn over or around the player's torso to obtain an increase of defense and resistance. It also changes the appearance as well when it is equipped. Some armor pieces may be available to both genders but may be slightly different for male and female characters.
Garb of a traveling perfumer of no renown.
An associate of a healer, he is said to be in search of new aromatics and flower gardens, in hopes of treating Misbegotten, Omen and all those seen as impure.

I did a thing's Apron
I really wish this could have that ugly leather apron removed instead of the cape, or let us choose what we want removed.
This is found in the Aeonia Swamp on a body in one of the ruins. Somewhere in the north-west.
Entire set drops from an enemy at the Perfumer's Ruins located north of Caria Manor, but its only accessible after the lift of Dectus.
Not sure what the protocol for altered clothing pieces will be since it seems like no one knows much about it, but this top IS alterable, which I've edited it to reflect. However it seems that for the most part the stats remain unchanged aside from a very slight loss in Resistances and Poise, while everything else stays the same, including weight. As for visuals, altering seems to just remove the cape, exposing the fact the back half of this top is, well... A little bit ugly.
(Altered)--> Lose cloak, same weight and damage negation. Lowered Resistances: Imm 52, Rob 21, Focus 69, Vitality 64, poise 1
Been looking for it in my second account and don’t know the location
