The nutrients churn through the body, practically boiling out endless power.

Consumables are for burst damage. PvP, specific build types for burning down bosses fast, or simply make life easier for yourself. Say you invade a lot and your are at lvl 150, NG+2 (or more). You have multiple characters and don't really play the main game that much and mostly focus on PvP. Now you have "time to kill", you farm materials, do some weapon farming. Get yourself ready while getting experience in PvP. All that time farming has been while waiting for matches.
I've played too many MMO's to understand how grinding works for the content you want to do. It can really make your life easier, or give you the edge in a fight. And when you are invading for example, you can cancel out a lot of scenario's. Status effects, slightly faster regen. Overworld comfort gadgets.
When I found out you can stack this with the Talisman (and shield) powerstancing heavier weapons... it doesn't only increase your damage output, but your survivability as well. While each on its own gets close, but doesn't quite make it worth it to use. Except for PvP, where that edge is a win or loss.

They should buff the duration to 90-120 seconds
A lot of craftables are under-used in this game because it's a pain to farm materials and craft, so it should AT LEAST last a while when you do use them.
Same thing with fire/lightning/magic Greases, there's almost no point in grinding mats and using them when you can just use an incantation/sorcery that does the same thing, or even an ash of war that will buff you weapon automatically. Now if they lasted 2 minutes instead of 60 sec, that would be another story and could actually make it worth grinding craft mats.

I wish they sold this like Green Blossom. At least the non-buyable ingredients are easy to farm.

This Consumeable gives roughly 5%-7% Stamina Regen buff for the 60sec duration.... It's amongst the Lowest but not bad at the sametime. ( Turtle Shield gives the same , only the Turtle Talisman offers Best Stamina Regen of 13%-17% turtle talisman ). It's also Possible to Stack Stamina Regen buffs.... Notably : Flame grant me strength gives abit Stamina Regen just like Brogart Roar Ashe of War , also Turtle Shield and Turtle Talisman. ( Note : Turtle Talisman offers the most Stamina Regen *Fastest* of 13%-17% Stamina Regen ).

Something is wrong with my save, the icon of this buff is still there even though I haven't eaten this for a long time now.

i heard flame grant me strenght grants you stamina regen. Does this stack with it?

I'm just going to assume that the buff is the same as the Green Turtle Talisman and can stack with it too.

You can easily pickle many of this after buying dog meat from the butcher shop of old maiden husks with the bell bearing from Dog Pope's Church at night. Or will you go vegan to save the dogs!
- Anonymous
Kill the Bell bearer at stormhill shack and you can just buy the ingredient.

Not sure about the Deserter's cookbook (which doesn't seem to be sold by Kale as stated on its wiki page) but the Nomadic Warrior's Cookbook for sure contains this recipe. The cookbook is sold for 500 runes by the Nomadic Wanderer near the Saintsbridge site of grace, across the bridge and on the east side of it.

I can say from personal experience and from watching countless PvP videos, I've never seen anyone actually use. People will drink their Physick and sometimes eat Boiled Crab, or very rarely Exalted Flesh, but never this. That's rather odd to me considering this is the "Green Blossom" of this game, you can never have too much Stamina regen.
