Poisoned Stone Clump is a Consumable Item in Elden Ring. Most Consumables grant various effects such as restorative properties for recovering HP, removing certain negative status effects or applying temporary buffs and debuffs, while others can be thrown at enemies to deal damage.

Where to find Poisoned Stone Clump in Elden Ring
- Can be purchased from Nomadic Merchant Caelid Highway North for
250 Runes, located northeast of Aeonia Swamp Shore Site of Grace. - Can be purchased from Twin Maiden Husks for 250 Runes after turning in Nomadic Merchant's Bell Bearing (9).
- In the Subterranean Shunning-Grounds very deep inside in a large cylinder-shaped room with stairs around it, fall down to the lower stair, at the corner you will find x5 Poisoned Stone Clump on a dead body on a corner.
- They drop from the Miners in the Sealed Tunnel wearing backpacks filled with green rocks.

very underrated, a great way to add poison to your kit without piling on extra weight with a poison weapon or speccing into arcane. you can throw out a couple of these faster than you think and the poison definitely makes a difference in a long fight

I've been having a modest amount of fun with these on my arcane build (at 60 arcane a single clump at close range will almost be a guaranteed proc). If you like Poison Moth's Flight, they're basically a poison build's oil urn.
