Negations (or Absorptions)
The negation numbers are the % of your damage that gets blocked. For example, if a negation is 60, 40% of that damage by that type will go through and 60% will be negated. Bigger number = less damage. A negation of 100 means no damage goes through, and a negation of -100 mean the enemy takes 2x damage from that source. 0 means damage goes pretty much as is.
Resistances
Poison: 601 / 891 / 1348
Scarlet Rot: 1292 / 1749
Hemorrhage: 200 / 228 / 270 / 368
Frostbite: 267 / 309 / 407 / 697
The resistance numbers are the buildup amount to trigger it. For example, if a resistance is 100 you must deal 100 points of the given buildup to trigger it. Note that these go down over time, and increase each time the effect procs. The values after the "/"s indicate the increased resistances after each successive proc.

+20 great stars with fire affinity and wild strikes and this guy crumpled
The Burial Watchdogs and the Cleanrot Knights are way harder than this boss in this dungeon.

Grafted Dragon's Bear Witness will let you tiger-uppercut him to death mercilessly if you have the FP.

Yet another dungeon boss who is an absolute joke compared to the absolutely bullshit regular enemies there, the difficulty logic of some of the areas in this game baffles me.

After dying dozens of times trying to reach the lever, I was expecting a hard fight, instead a single cast of Takers Flame had him down to half health, the real boss in this dungeon is the Burial Watchdog

Found in AREA. Yeah, that's totally the name of a place in the Lands between...

There is something unusual about the way this boss's aggro works between you and your spirit summon. Normally most bosses aggro on whoever is closer or presenting more threat. This guy aggro's on you almost no matter what, even if you are across the room and your summon is hitting him he turns around and charges you down.

If you time your Black Flame Tornado right you'll be able to stunlock him by throwing him up in the air every time you finish your weapon skill.

On my 4th playthrough now, and this is the first time I’ve noticed, when you first enter the fog wall, he’s actually wearing the rotten grave keeper cloak, but let’s it fall before he starts approaching you. Makes sense why we never see the duelists wearing the cape itself, if they remove it before combat. Cool detail. And makes sense why we receive the cloak after the battle.
Comet Azur absolutely shreds through him, though it does that with a lot of enemies.

Just use a weapon that has good stagger potential, summon a mimic tear, and go crazy on him
Totally demolished him while taking zero damage using this approach while dual wielding two Golums Halberds... the poor guy did not stand a chance...

Grafted Dragon's "Bear Witness!" continuously knocks him down while dealing a chunk of damage. He's totally helpless.

Redmane knight Ohga summon infinitely knocks him down with greatbow shots. Walk in, summon, run and bait a single attack and run back, then go get something to eat

This boss actually drops 2x Great Grave Glovewort not just one.

I don't see it listed, but there is another non-boss version with hammers directly west of the Consecrated Snowfield grace site, passed the runebear. He's around a graves. You can avoid the runebear by circling around its area, go straight to the edge westward.

This guy gets cool guy points for his gear and for the smackdown intro with the cape. Too bad he lost the 1v1 hard against my twin though... Should have some poise boi!

Nobody's talkin about his axe?! WHERE GET AXE? I need this in my life!

Ah, now we talkin'! His axe and his trousers drop from the one standing west of ordina on a cliff.
You are welcome!

Redmane Knight Ogha literally stunlocked him with his arrows. He never even managed to cross the room.
