IMO, From should not have put these in the game. As a death blight enthusiast, It's already challenging enough to proc death blight in pvp because the buildup is so slow (with good reason though, because of instant death). So when I see another player quickly pop one of these, it's really disheartening. I think the only thing that should alleviate death blight is the Order Healing incantation. Makes death blight in pvp more viable, and the use of the incantation itself.
The basilisks near the Seethewater Cave dungeon drop these.

Wait, are there more places to loot these than what’s listed or does a merchant sell them? I haven’t been to either spot listed here. I had like seven before I got swarm by a thousand basilisks in the deeproot depths. And I don’t have the right cookbook to craft them.

Is there a way to get these besides loot/crafting? Some of the crafting components don't seem to respawn and it would be nice to have more than 12 or so per NG cycle.

Missionary's Cookbook [7] is sold by Hermit Merchant [2], which is just south of Stargazer Ruins in the Mountain Top of the Giants.
