Remembrance of the Blood Lord is a Consumable Item in Elden Ring. Most Consumables grant various effects such as restorative properties for recovering HP, removing certain negative status effects or applying temporary buffs and debuffs, while others can be thrown at enemies to deal damage.
Remembrance of Mohg, Lord of Blood, hewn into the Erdtree.
The power of its namesake can be unlocked by the Finger Reader.
Alternatively, it can be used to gain a great bounty of runes.
Wishing to raise Miquella to full godhood, Mohg wished to become his consort, taking the role of monarch. But no matter how much of his bloody bedchamber he tried to share, he received no response from the young Empyrean.

I like how whereas Morgott continued to protect and love the Erdtree, despite the fact he was always shunned and hated for being an omen, Mohg just embraced his cursed nature, and became a completely evil merciless monster just like how he was always accused of being one, and he owns every bit of it, I'm not defending him, he is still a 100% butt**** insane evil bastard, but the scary part is that you can kinda understand how he turned out the way he did, thanks yet again to Marika and the Golden Order (or rather the Greater Will ig) being complete *******s.

A From Soft game where you get to beat up a pedophile is something I never knew I wanted.

Granting communion with an outer god, you say? And one of accursed blood? You're already covered in horns, Mogh. You want to add fur and antlers to that?

Miquella's consciousness is in the world of his dream. Mohg was just playing with an empty body, so of course there was no response.

After killing Mogh, I am unable to duplicate any rememberance at Walking Mausoleums (unused) - only two I have unused right now are in Raya-Lucaria Mausoleum Grounds

I think that by the time the player met Mohg, he was no longer his own self. This is evident from his ramblings about how “Miquella must abide a while” and “Miquella is mine and mine alone”. These lines are so out-of-character for the Lord of Blood that it is quite obvious that he has already been charmed by Miquella’s ability.
I don't think Mohg is actually in love with Miquella as much as we think he is
He's clearly off his rocker by the time we get to him, I'm guessing that because of Miquella's supernatural ability to charm and "manipulate" others, He was not only a perfect target being a "child" empyrean, but also because Mohg could use him to control the entirety of The Lands Between using Miquella's aforementioned skill. In the meantime though he's grown absolutely insane waiting for him to become this God, obsessed and hopeful over something that has yet to bear fruit of any kind. I believe this is why he acts the way he does, he's gone completely mad trying to restore this Dynasty to the point that he is obsessing over his (presumeably) only hope for attaining his wishes

I killed mohg but I didn’t get a single drop? Anyone else with this issue or a solution?

By the way Mohg acts and his dialogue its safe to say he was obsessed with Miquella, in love with him. He wanted to marry him, become his consort and probably produce offspring considering how talked constantly about "their dynasty." The remembrance even mentions them "sharing a bedchamber."
Very disturbing stuff considering Miquella is both a corpse and a child. One of the few pieces of lore i can point to and say: "Yeah that was probably GRRM."

So he tried to make miquella a full god and the spell you get from malenia says if she blooms a third time she will become a full goddess (and after her fight a flower remains). So potential foreshadowing for dlc?

"But no matter how much of his bloody bedchamber he tried to share, he received no response from the young Empyrean."
Does that mean what I think it does

Miquella can infatuate people with him, and if happens just by being in his presence and without his consciousness, then its possible mohg's lunacy is partly to blame to this. Probably the reason why he cannot see that his dynasty is a far-fetched dream.
