Looks like a slipknot mask.
"Recovers 2 HP/sec while under 18% HP" Lmao almost everything in the game can one hit you at 18% health this is incredibly useless
Wear the waist lantern with this and look into the eye sockets, you won't regret
Wearing this thing makes me feel like I want to invade you and talk to your manager.
I wear this just because I think it looks cool not gonna lie.
Faith/Int... Archlich build here I come.
Vaguely makes me think of a Darkwraith helm.
needs alternate version without the hair.
For whatever reason equipping this crashes my game :)
After further testing, I finally got it to work. It seems to kick in below 15% hp and will heal you up about 18%. All pieces of the set stack, each healing for 2hp/sec.
The health regen effect does not appear to be working. It mentions being at low health, so I tested it by taking a few hits. Even going down to 122/673 Hp (~18%), there is still no regen effect.
