Prayer Room Grace in Haligtree - Drops from the footmen with this hat, spear users (Not as armoured) and maybe the self exploding boys. I got mine from a spear boy.
You can snipe the guys manning the crossbows with Bolt of Gransax without aggroing the two knights. The item will have the purple tint when it drops so you know if you need to loot them or not.
