I love the look of this armor, but hate how the tiny collar blocks part of helms from being shown, like much of the chainmail on the Kaiden Helm.

The description makes me wonder if this was cute from a DS game and never changed, Elden Ring doesn't really have "Rock lizards that resist fire" but the Dark Souls universe sure does.

My favourite looking chest armour, I have used it all game pretty much, when I got the Scaled Armour from defeating Old Istvan I added his gauntlets and Greaves with the Great Helm, still wearing it at the Haligtree.

anyone else having a CTD on putting on this armor? It's only happened twice to me, but it's also the only armor that's done it, and it's weird that it's happened more than once

Very nice for early game with solid poise stats and even some pretty good fashion souls when mixed with Kaiden helm but you can move onto better armor sets later in the game. 8/10

Low weight, good resistance, can obtain super early, not to mention that it just looks cool. Great piece of armor.
